We have a regular, but sustainable, raid schedule which is controlled by a user interface program within the game. This is not only used for the guilds regular weekly raids, but can be used by all members to create and advertise any event within the realm of the game, from attempting Gruul’s lair to meeting up in an inn to drink our characters silly (as during most events some are drinking themselves silly).
There is a guild message forum (found from the link) which is the central method for communication and organisation for the guild. It is used constantly to discuss the game, guild and anything else that comes to mind. These forums are open to all to say hello and join in, but there is a private section for members only.
With the guild’s emphasis on prioritising the sense of community relationships between members have strengthened so much that several real life meetings have been organised, both in the UK and in Sweden. These have been very successful and popular events and we expect to continue this throughout the life span of the guild.
