Primarily we run a guild council system consisting of our most valued and respected members. They serve two purposes, firstly as representatives of the guild acting as a point of contact for both our members and non-guildies with any issues relating to the guild or to ask for advice or help. Their second purpose is to aid in the organisation of the guild. Each member has a designated role which they have a responsibility to promote and oversee. This could be recruitment, raiding, PvP etc.
